I’ve spent over 20 years as a freelance executive operations and administrative professional across land law, telecommunications, oil and gas, and entertainment. I know how to work inside complex organizations, manage moving parts at scale, and keep things running when the humans in charge are busy doing the actual work.
Now I work with creative businesses, because the operational problems are the same, the stakes feel higher, and nobody’s hiring a full-time ops director for a three-person studio.
Monthly Retainer — $1,650/month
Up to 30 hours per month of dedicated administrative and operations support. Same rate every month. No surprises. You know what you’re getting; I know what I’m delivering.
Additional hours beyond 30 are billed at $65/hr.
What’s in scope:
- Systems setup and management: building or untangling whatever operational infrastructure your business actually runs on
- Project coordination and tracking so nothing falls through the cracks
- Vendor and client communication handled with the same care you’d give it yourself
- Inbox triage, calendar management, and whatever operational chaos doesn’t have a name yet
Good fit for: solo creatives, independent makers, and small studios of 2–5 people who are growing faster than their systems.
